In a few moments, PayPal will notify us of your order, and we'll hop to work. We will be sending a courtesy email to you as a gentle reminder to ship your DVD's to us if you haven't already. No need to include proof of payment with your media, simply label your packages with your name & address.

To prepare your multiple DVD's for conversion, simply remove your DVD's from the jewel cases or binders they come in, and stack them in a column. We suggest putting your name and address on a gallon-sized plastic bag, and then simply put the stack of DVD's collection in the bag (it can hold around 100+ DVD's!). Put your sealed plastic bag of DVD's in a sturdy cardboard box for delivery and address it to:

This way, we're keeping your entire DVD collection in one package, with your name and address on it both inside and out. Include your own USB Hard Drive if you want us to copy your data onto it; You'll need about 6gb per DVD of free space, depending on how much footage there is on each DVD. If you send in 10 DVD's, you'd be smart to include a 64gb USB drive.

As for shippers, you may choose whatever shipper you prefer, however we recommend the U.S. Postal Service for it's reliable home-delivery service, shipped via Media Mail rate because it's content-appropriate and the least expensive option for heavy shipments (plus, it comes with tracking!)

1. Please consider the environment and do not overpack your media. All DVD Video Discs are hard plastic, and do not require bubble wrap to ship securely. Use the smallest packing possible for the lowest shipping rates and less opportunity for damage during shipment.
2. In order to keep shipping charges low, don't include the jewelcases or slipcovers that DVD Video Discs are stored in.
3. Pack your media well! Anytime media has gone missing during the shipment process, the shipper was usually not well-packed. This means double-taping self-glued flaps to ensure they won't come apart, and securely tape-wrapping larger boxes to prevent blowout!
4. Do not include order printouts or filled out order forms if you have paid online with PayPal. We already have a copy of your order, simply ensure that your package has your return address on it, so we can match it with your order when it arrives!
